Mailam Engineering College (MEC) Alumni Meet is a summit organized by the Alumni Association of MEC (AAMEC). MEC ALUMNI MEET is conceived as an event to reconnect and strengthen the ties between alumni, students and the institution. This also provides the opportunity to formally give back and connect with the institution that played an important role in the lives of many.

Alumni Association of MEC (AAMEC) is an 8 year old organization, and is among the most effective alumni associations in Villupuram district Alumni Association has been envisaged to foster a closely knit network bridging the gap between young budding MECians and the accomplished Alumni. Our Alumni have made us proud time and again by achieving laurels round the globe and we wish to showcase the same to our entire MEC family.

Objectives of MEC ALUMNI

• To create a platform for the alumni of MEC to encourage collaboration and partnership among themselves and also with the institution and the society, by establishing and renewing contacts with the alumni all over the world.
• To create an online platform to network the alumni all over the world and share information and create partnership among them.
• To engage in meaningful projects which will help students of MEC, the institution, the alumni and the society at large, by sharing their knowledge, expertise and resources.
• To sustain this movement continuously so that the brand of MEC is well established worldwide.
