The Department of Management Studies organized the “Team Building” event on November 7, 2025, as part of the DOMS Experience – Activity Series. The event focused on enhancing collaboration, communication, and trust within teams, essential skills for effective leadership and success in business. Mr. C. Hemachandran, Associate Professor, coordinated the event, with Prof. L. Madan, Head of the MBA Department, acting as the resource person. Participants gained practical insights and strategies for fostering stronger team dynamics and achieving collective goals.
